Move through life’s challenges with compassion and courage as you grow into your most authentic self.

Hey there! I’m Anna.

I’m an active, compassion-driven therapist who takes a holistic, integrative approach to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy, authenticity, and a belief in the inherent resilience within every person.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and emotional awareness to support the whole of the person.

I specialize in mood disorders and trauma, and have a particular passion for working with young adults navigating transitions, identity, and self-discovery. My goal is to help clients find steadiness in their roots and the freedom to grow into their most authentic selves.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across many ages, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic experiences in a variety of settings, including my work with Eskenazi Health’s Mood Disorders Clinic. These experiences have deepened my belief that healing looks different for everyone, and that each person’s path deserves to be met with empathy, flexibility, and respect.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in communication and public relations, where I learned the power of listening deeply and helping people tell their stories. In 2020, I felt called to pursue work that centered on resilience and connection, a shift that continues to inspire my passion for helping others find meaning and growth through life’s changes.
