Who we are
Specialties
-
When your mind feels constantly “on,” it can be hard to slow down or feel at ease. Therapy offers space to understand your anxiety, learn grounding strategies, and reconnect with a sense of calm and control.
-
Depression can make even the simplest moments feel heavy. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface - building insight, rediscovering meaning, and finding ways to gently reengage with life.
-
Past experiences can shape how we see ourselves and the world. Through a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, we’ll work toward understanding your story, releasing what no longer serves you, and fostering safety and empowerment in the present.
-
Our relationships often mirror our deepest patterns of connection and protection. Therapy can help you recognize attachment dynamics, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more secure connections, with others and with yourself.
-
Loss changes us, and there’s no “right” way to grieve. This space allows you to honor what’s been lost, process the pain, and begin to integrate grief into your life with compassion and meaning.
-
If you find yourself doubting your worth or struggling with self-criticism, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and values, nurturing a more grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself.
-
Change, even when positive, can bring uncertainty and stress. Together, we’ll navigate life’s shifts, whether in career, relationships, or identity, and help you feel steady and supported as you move forward.

Hey there! I’m Anna.
I’m an active, compassion-driven therapist who takes a holistic, integrative approach to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy, authenticity, and a belief in the inherent resilience within every person.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and emotional awareness to support the whole of the person.
I specialize in mood disorders and trauma, and have a particular passion for working with young adults navigating transitions, identity, and self-discovery. My goal is to help clients find steadiness in their roots and the freedom to grow into their most authentic selves.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across many ages, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic experiences in a variety of settings, including my work with Eskenazi Health’s Mood Disorders Clinic. These experiences have deepened my belief that healing looks different for everyone, and that each person’s path deserves to be met with empathy, flexibility, and respect.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in communication and public relations, where I learned the power of listening deeply and helping people tell their stories. In 2020, I felt called to pursue work that centered on resilience and connection, a shift that continues to inspire my passion for helping others find meaning and growth through life’s changes.
